I wish I would have found this article before my daughter was born! I really think that my c-section could have been prevented if I had been better informed beforehand. Next time around I am going to try for a vbac and maybe avoid a traditional hospital! Thank you for the article!

Great article. One very important way to help avoid a c-section and achieve a natural birth is by recieving regular chiropractic adjustments throughout pregnancy. Chirorpractic care is safe and effective for mom and her developing baby! Make sure your doctor is Webster certified! www.icpa4kids.org to find a certified chiropractor in your area!

Thank you for your insights on how to prevent having to have a cesarean. Having a natural birthing process is much more prefferable to most women and definately worth the effort to prepare for the birthing day. The many tips you provide are very helpful. Knowing what to expect and how to handle certain situations that may arise during labor is the best way to be assured of a more relaxed and less stressful delivery. Choosing a caregiver who has a low cesarean rate is also very smart advice. Thanks again!
