Natural Pregnancy Project

This week’s story is an amazing story of a vaginal birth after cesarean of twins. Not only is this a natural childbirth after cesarean, it’s a HOMEBIRTH!! This mom fought long and hard, did her research and made natural childbirth the only option for her twins.

The natural chidlbirth video you are about to see is amazing and brought tears to my eyes. I hope you enjoy it and it encourages you to believe that a natural childbirth is possible no matter what your circumstances.

I decided to put together a little site for natural childbirth video. I think there are so few instances that women actually have the chance to see a real natural childbirth ~ until it is their own birth. The images we see of [tag-tec]natural childbirth[/tag-tec] are generally exaggerated and are not a realistic picture of what natural childbirth really can be like.

I currently have a few [tag-ice]natural childbirth videos[/tag-ice] on the site, including a gentle waterbirth video, a hypnosis for childbirth video, and another waterbirth video that shows the actual birth. This one is really amazing. The woman’s expression as she births her baby and sees it for the first time is priceless.

I think it is imperative for women to be able to see what they can really expect from a natural childbirth instead of the screaming and hateful words we frequently see depicted in TV and movies.

I was making a squidoo lens on Natural Pregnancy and Childbirth and found these great videos of Ina May Gaskin. If you aren’t familiar with Ina May she is an amazing midwife who has birthed babies on “The Farm” a Tennessee commune since the late 60s. She is an amazing woman and I was excited to find these videos and share them with you.

Ina May also wrote the amazing books Spritual Midwifery and Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth ~ which I recommend to every mother wanting to experience a natural childbirth.
